Great location, wonderful garden views and lovely staff.
Couch in lounge area was sunken and hard, very hard to get comfortable or sit for longer than 5/10 minutes before having to get off. Mattresses weren't overly nice to sleep on and were quite hard. Location was specifically booked for the "free WiFi" for the kids, only to find out it was limited to a certain amount a day - I personally think that needs to be noted in your description for future guests, especially for those who may need to rely on it due to poor phone coverage.
